SouthEast Initiatives Regional Technology in Education Consortium: A group of organizations dedicated to promoting the use of technology to improve teaching and learning by providing technical assistances. 

Texas Computer Education Association: Texas Computer Education Association was established in 1980 to support educators in learning about technology and using it in the classroom. 

The Center for Distance Learning Research: Texas A & M University: provides technology training and other assistance for K-12 educators.

AEL, Inc.: Appalachia Regional Educational Laboratory: Linking the knowledge from research with the wisdom from practice to improve teaching and learning. 

McREL Mid-continent Research for Education & Learning: A nonprofit organization whose purpose is to improve education through applied research and development. McREL provides products and services, primarily for K-12 educators, to promote the best instructional practices in the classroom. 

National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST): University of California at Los Angeles: funded by U. S. Department of Education, research reports on educational testing, assessment. 

North Central Regional Educational Laboratory: The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory (NCREL) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping schools -- and the students they serve--reach their full potential. We specialize in the educational applications of technology. 

Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory: A private, nonprofit corporation, NWREL provides research and development assistance to education, government, community agencies, business and labor. NWREL primarily serves the Northwest region of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. 

Office of Educational Research & Improvement: Provides national leadership for educational research and statistics and offers a variety of services to customers through its library, institutes and program-specific offices.

WestEd: WestEd is a nonprofit research, development, and service agency. The agency traces its history back to 1966 when Congress created a network of Regional Educational Laboratories.
