New Collaborative Meeting Tools Further Enhance Group Productivity

GTCO CalComp expands InterWrite Meeting Suite with two new offerings

January 14, 2003–GTCO CalComp, Inc. announced an expansion of their popular interactive whiteboard product line, the InterWrite MeetingBoard. New systems with 60” and 75” diagonal writing space are being added. In addition, the MeetingBoard family includes systems that can be configured for wireless operation using Bluetooth™ technology, further enhancing their use in shared conferencing facilities.

With these additional sizes being added to the product line, the MeetingBoard includes 50”, 60”, 70” and 75” sizes to meet the wide-ranging needs of presentation and training customers in the corporate and government markets. The new MeetingBoards will also feature programmable hot buttons. These hot buttons allows users to instantly launch frequently used files, Web sites or applications directly from the board. In addition to the standard USB and serial connectivity options, the new MeetingBoards will support a wireless Bluetooth solution to connect to a computer from over 30 feet away. Using a wireless solution simplifies the setup and installation of a board and allows it to be easily integrated with the InterWrite MeetingPad, which also uses Bluetooth connectivity to provide presenters and trainers freedom to move around the room.

The InterWrite MeetingBoard is part of the InterWrite Meeting Suite, a group of powerful collaboration tools designed to allow presenters to engage their audience, encourage active participation, capture critical ideas and keep everyone on the same page. The Meeting Suite includes the following items:

MeetingBoard	A rugged, interactive whiteboard available in 50” , 60”, 70” and 75” sizes that allows you to train, present and control the PC/projector in front of your audience
MeetingPad	A wireless pad that gives you the freedom to control the PC/projector from anywhere in the room, in a very interactive manner. Multiple pads can be used in a meeting to engage all participants.
InterWrite Software	The software that allows you to annotate over any image on the screen. Establish focus, take notes, conduct meetings more effectively.
Meeting Services	An easy way to connect with meeting participants in remote locations, whether across the building, or across the country, on PC or Mac. All you need is access to the Internet and a Web browser.
