GTCO CalComp Announces New Version of InterWrite Software for MAC OS X

New Educational Images, Lessons and Tools added to InterWrite’s easy-to-use interactive whiteboard software

Columbia, MD – May 15, 2006 - GTCO CalComp announced the release of InterWrite™ Software version 2.30 for MAC OS X®, for use with the company’s InterWrite Interactive Classroom products – the InterWrite SchoolBoard, SchoolPad or iPanel. The new release offers more educational content from the ever-expanding clipart image and background page galleries, as well as new teaching tools and several ease-of-use improvements. New images include cell and organ diagrams, art and recreation, math manipulatives, additional geographical maps, handwriting, money (including foreign currency), and much more. Many popular InterWrite tools have also been enhanced including a new Spotlight tool and a new Reveal Curtain tool. These teaching tools allow teachers to hide and reveal selected information on the screen, helping students focus on critical lesson material.
